Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Most orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and custom or made-to-order items, which may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. At checkout, customers may choose from the following options:

USPS Shipping Options

  • USPS Priority Shipping
    Includes tracking and insurance
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

  • USPS First-Class Shipping
    Includes tracking only (no insurance)
    Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

UPS Shipping Options

  • UPS Ground
    Includes tracking
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air (if available at checkout)
    Includes tracking
    Estimated delivery: 2 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. With Love Skincare is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and we are unable to reroute packages once an order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

With Love Skincare is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If USPS Priority Shipping was selected, we are happy to assist with the USPS insurance claims process.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Saint Louis (Hazelwood), Missouri.
Pickup details will be provided after checkout once your order is ready.
