Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the health, safety, and integrity of our products.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Scent preferences
- Skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities
- Orders placed incorrectly
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
By placing an order with With Love Skincare, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Errors or Damage
If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@withlovebody.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
With Love Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If shipping option (which includes insurance) was selected, we may assist with the claims process through the carrier, but no refunds will be provided.
